Very accurate, but nothing is perfect. We aim to be able to verify 95% of the email addresses that you upload.
Nope, it's all web based! Just upload your CSVs of email addresses in our web app, and our servers will verify everything and then you can download a cleaned CSV file to use.
Yes, we have a list of known public/temporary email services that we check against.
Because if you send email campaigns to a ton of junk email addresses you will hurt your email deliverability and it'll be way harder to have any successful email marketing campaigns ever again with your domain!
No, sorry, we do not offer any free trials, because of the nature of the service. But we do guarantee you'll be happy with the service. (We're currently in a free beta though if you want to try it out!)
If for some reason you aren't happy with the service, we will refund you for the last month's payment and terminate your account for you.
Our servers ask mail servers for the status of every address, so it does take some time, perhaps a few minutes per 1,000 emails checked. We are working to speed this up as we launch the beta service.
If you use up all your credits during the month, you could either upgrade to a larger plan OR buy a boost pack of credits to refill.

Unfortunately, no verification service can verify ALL email addresses. Sometimes mail servers aren't responding so we can't get an answer.
No, of course not. It's just a month to month subscription. You can cancel anytime (and keep your credits).
